Close proximity to the beach, lovely food and excellent sea views once the room was upgraded after additional cash was paid. Maria the owner/manager was very helpful and has to be one of the hardest working women that I have ever seen in action!

Initially we were in a room that had no balcony and views over the bins out the back of the hotel. Not acceptable for paying guests in my opinion even at 50 euros per night peak season. Also the bathroom was so small that you couldnt open the door fully because the sink got in the way.

The hotel is really well located because the beach is just in front of the hotel. The problem is that some rooms are next to two pubs and the music and the people are so loud that we couldn't sleep in the whole night. The hotel itself is old so I would only reccommend it to those people who are looking for a cheap place to stay next to the beach.

Hotel staff is friendly and willing to help out where they can. Hotel's location a great for a day at the beach, which is opposite the hotel. In the evening very noisy at times, but not bothering us too much to be honest.

Poor bathroom and no airco (or even a ceiling fan) available.

It is a hotel run by a family. They upgraded my small room for a much bigger sea view room! The breakfast was delicious and healthy as well. Good location!

Since the lady at the reception has to look after her 2 kids and the restaurant as well she is a bit busy. Therefore she is never there. You always have to wait a bit till she arrives. Everything is in "2 minutos".

Great location! Staff is very friendly! Cleaning is every day! Good choice of food in the restaurant.

I would't recommend inward rooms-they are quite small.

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, the staff pleasant,BUT,the room had no air-con and the room was stifingly hot, during the day a woeful singer started at 11am til 3ish and from 6pm til late, then a bar beside the hotel played decent, more modern music, but til 5/6 in the morning,so time to sleep is limited.Oh and the room was visited every night by cockroaches,

Friendly staff, clean rooms, location near the sea, breakfast, cost of the room.

Disposition in the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, a little bit noisy at the evening.

The sea view from the balcony was really amasing. Friendly staff.

The hotel needs renovation! In the rooms there were no air conditions. That makes situation unbearable cause of the high temperatures and humidity. You feel like roast beef in the oven! You can't sleep not even at night! Most of the rooms were noisy because of the bars and restaurants that were near by.

The sea view and location was excellent. Breakfast was nice fruit, ham, cheese, yogurt, toast and crossiant. Room very basic but cleaned daily.

No air con in 35 deg heat was a huge problem especially at night, if we left the door open we got bite lots by mosquitos. For this reason alone I would not stay again especially in August.

The hotel was right in the heart of the resort with everything on the doorstep. The beach was only a 30 second walk from the hotel.

There was no air con, even a ceiling fan would have been enough as it was rreally hot and uncomfotable to sleep at night.

    1. negative: this hotel makes differences between GB, German and other tourists. Our breakfast: 1 toast bread, one slice of ham,one slice of cheese, tea. Other GB and German tourists breakfast: 2-3 toasts bread, unlimited ham, unlimited cheese, croissant, plate of strawberries, juice, tea, coffee, chocolate, jam, mineral water...etc, so if you are not from GB or Germany - do not go to this hotel 2. negative: the same food 12 days 3. negative: room - a lot of cockroaches, mosquitoes, we could not open the window anytime, no warm water in bathroom - only cold 12 days, the washed our floor 2 or 3-times in 12 days, very hot air in rooms - no air condition, 4. eating in their restaurant - nothing special - better is to go to YATES and spend your money there overall: if you are from GB or Germany - you are fine, ok, but if you are from the rest of Europe - do not go to this hotel they give you the feeling that you are not welcome

This hotel is located on the first line in the center of CALA MILLOR - "the best beach". The price was cheap.

It was my first staying in 2 star hotel and never more in future.

Even if it's a 2-star hotel, Goya has more positive points than the average 2-star hotels. Hotel Goya has an excellent position, right in the front of an amazing blue flag beach with fine sand and we had a room with two big windows (room 204) which overlooked the beach and the sea. It's also close to the bus station, the shopping area and there are many good restaurants nearby (British Bulldog, El Tapeo - our favorite -, La Pacheca, Cheers). The continental breakfast included in the price is the same every day, but decent enough - we had coffee, orange juice (not from fresh oranges), croissant, toast, bacon, cheese, jam, butter and fruit salad. The room was clean, towels changed daily, but it wasn't cleaned in 2 days - no problem in the rest of the time. At the restaurant of the hotel you can have a good cocktail or a nice paella.

The room wasn't cleaned in 2 days with no explanations or excuses. We asked for a double bed and they confirmed, but when we arrived the hotel staff said they only have two joined single beds - there are no double beds in this hotel. We asked for a fan and they said the fans are there (for free) only for rooms that don't have sea view - we couldn't even rent one! The room was getting pretty hot at noon, in august. The furniture is old. We would recommend this hotel only to a family or a couple who wants to stay right in the front of the beach, don't expect much from a hotel and want to pay less for their accommodation and more for other entertainments on the island of Mallorca.

Wonderful view at the sea, very nice and helpful staff members, clean rooms, location. We liked the hotel very much!

It's a two star hotel :) Just remember it. There is no air condition, fridge or even TV. But you really don't need it on your vacation. Also breakfast is everyday the same, but it's ok for a day start.
